AsRES-GCREC-AREUEA 2024 confernece Call for Paper: Deadline Extension

The Asian Real Estate Society (AsRES) invites academics, research focused practitioners, and policy makers to submit papers or abstracts for the 2024 Global Real Estate Summit: the 28th Annual AsRES Conference, which will be held in conjunction with the Global Chinese Real Estate Congress (GCREC), and the American Real Estate and Urban Economics Association (AREUEA). The conference will take place at National Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan during July 25-28, 2024. This conference will provide a platform for communication among academics, practitioners, and policy makers on the following topics: homeownership, housing market, housing affordability, housing Economics, housing policies, real estate and property management, real estate investment, commercial real estate, mortgage market, urban development, land market/policy, and other related fields. Papers of the related areas of the five themes centered around "The Future of Housing Landscape" are especially welcome.

1. Sustainability: The development direction combining the sustainable spirit
2. Resilience: Resilient living environment under future changing conditions
3. Innovation: Breakthrough solutions brought about by innovation and technology
4. Cross-Domain: The integration synergies of cross-domain and diverse objectives
5. Pioneering: Innovations in housing finance and risk management
To facilitate better exchanges among participants from different countries, the conference will have both Chinese and English paper sessions (with instant translations provided at the plenary sessions and panels). Complete papers accepted by the conference can be considered for several best paper awards. We strongly encourage authors to submit their work to reputable journals, such as the Journal of Real Estate Research (an SSCI-indexed journal) and the International Real Estate Review, which are both officially recommended by the AsRES and GCREC associations. These journals offer valuable platforms for scholarly contributions in the field of real estate research.
